Shipping made simple. We want your favourite fragrances to reach you with ease. Enjoy free shipping on all orders across India. (If free shipping is not available on every order, update this line to match your policy.)

Packed with care. Each candle is carefully packed to help protect it during transit. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

A little patience, a lovely arrival. Your candles should reach you within approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and pincode.

Follow your candle’s journey. Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking details shared with you. You can also visit Account → Order History to check your order status, if available on our website.

Returns & Exchange

A Little Note on Returns 🕯️

Every Aarush Enterprises candle is prepared with care, and we hope it brings warmth, fragrance, and a little extra joy to your space.

Since candles are delicate products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your candle arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • Visit Account → Order History → Order Inquiry and select your order, if this feature is available on our website. You can also contact us through our customer support email.
  • Tell us what went wrong and share 3 clear photos of the product, its packaging, and the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and get back to you by email. If we need additional information or clearer photos, we may ask you to share them.
  • Once your enquiry has been reviewed, we’ll let you know whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable under our policy.

Please note that submitting an enquiry does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, exchange, or refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Cancellations

Changed Your Mind? No Worries! 🕯️

We understand that plans can change! At Aarush Enterprises, we want your shopping experience to be simple and hassle-free.

You can cancel your candle order free of charge while it is still in the Confirmed or Packed stage.

Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way, cancellations are no longer possible. Since our candles are carefully prepared and packed for delivery, we’re unable to accept cancellations after dispatch.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
